Job summary

VIQU IT Recruitment is seeking a Security Cleared Procurement Officer for a 6-month contract in London. You will lead end-to-end technology procurements from requirement through contract award, focusing on COTS software/SaaS, cloud, hardware, and cyber solutions.

You will engage suppliers, run tender processes, ensure regulatory governance, and negotiate terms to finalise contracts. The role requires active SC clearance and hands-on procurement experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have valid and active SC Clearance.
• Hands-on experience running end-to-end procurement exercises.
• Direct experience procuring COTS technology (software/SaaS, cloud, hardware, cyber, IT infra).
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tendering procedures, frameworks and routes to market.
• Experience preparing procurement documentation and managing supplier evaluation/selection.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end technology procurements from requirement through to contract award.
• Procure COTS technology including software/SaaS, cloud services, hardware, cyber solutions and IT infrastructure.
• Manage supplier engagement, clarification questions, tender submissions, bid evaluations and moderation.
• Ensure procurements follow relevant regulations and internal governance.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalisation.
