Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting for Security Cleared (or able to become Security Cleared) Project Managers to join our Real Estate team in London. This client-facing role offers the opportunity to lead projects and deliver outcomes with support from a professional team.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors and designers, manage plans, progress reports and risk tracking, and contribute to Turner & Townsend's ambitious growth while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Cognate qualification in construction, real estate, planning or engineering.
• Willingness to travel London/Home Counties/South East.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication.
• Self-motivated with proactive mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including clients and contractors.
• CDM/site health and safety knowledge.
• Able to obtain Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking.
• Establishing effective processes and systems for the project.
• Producing project plans.
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators.
• Tracking and documenting changes.
• Preparing written project communication materials.
• Preparing formal project progress and other reports.
• Liaising with the client, contractors and designers.
• Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc.
