Job summary

CGI is seeking an Infrastructure Test Engineer to design, automate, and execute validation across hybrid and cloud environments, ensuring resilient, secure, and production-ready platforms.

You will collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and network specialists to embed testing into delivery, drive automation, and integrate tests within CI/CD workflows, using monitoring insights to pre-empt issues.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in infrastructure testing, automation, and validation.
• Proven experience testing infrastructure platforms (compute, storage, networking, or virtualization).
• Strong Linux/Unix skills and shell scripting.
• Hands-on IaC and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet).
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Exposure to container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of network protocols, firewall configurations, and security best practices.
