Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions seeks a Principal Cyber Security Consultant to deliver security services across defence, critical national infrastructure and OT environments. You will develop governance documentation, assist with accreditation, and advise stakeholders on secure-by-design approaches.

The role involves leading project delivery, supporting business development, and mentoring junior staff. British citizens with SC clearance or the ability to obtain it are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience across defence, aerospace and/or national infrastructure environments with OT familiarity.
• Experience in security assurance and accreditation activities; relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS security standards and frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIS Regulations).
• Member bodies in security (IISP/IS2/BCS/CIISEC) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cyber security consultancy services across Defence, CNI and OT environments.
• Develop security governance documents, policies and controls aligned to regulations.
• Advise stakeholders on technical cyber security challenges and secure by design approaches.
• Contribute to project delivery, business development and mentor junior team members.
