Pick Everard in the UK is seeking an Associate Cost Manager to join our Porton Down DSTL account, leading a team of contractors and driving cost management from feasibility through to final account. The role requires strong pre-contract skills, SC clearance eligibility, and a track record of delivering complex programmes.

You will shape strategic growth for the account, provide trusted client advisory, and ensure delivery across multiple projects while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible for SC clearance or already cleared.
• Experience in PQS consultancy.
• Strong leadership of teams and clients.
• Defence or government account experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programme of works across multiple projects.
• Lead cost management from feasibility to final account.
• Allocate resources to project delivery.
• Drive growth of the account while maintaining service.
