Job summary

Clyde & Co Global Services Limited is seeking an Information Security Specialist based in Glasgow to lead security awareness and human-risk programmes. The role focuses on delivering engaging training, running phishing simulations and driving a strong security culture across the firm.

The candidate will coordinate with Risk, IT, Procurement and legal teams to ensure security controls are embedded in processes and supplier engagements, with governance reporting for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security risk management.
• Knowledge of security awareness programs and phishing simulations.
• Familiarity with supplier risk and DLP controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and continuously improve security awareness programmes, engaging with training providers and stakeholders to drive security culture.
• Lead design and implementation of human-risk management and awareness content aligned with threats and industry best practices.
• Manage phishing simulations, awareness campaigns, and training initiatives to reduce cyber risk and improve completion rates.
• Oversee third-party security risk management, supplier assessments, and contract security requirements.
• Coordinate reporting, dashboards and executive-level insights on programme performance and risk.
• Collaborate with Risk, IT, Legal, Procurement and business teams to embed security controls in processes.
