Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in professional software development (non-internship).
• Experience with at least one modern language (Java, C++, or C#) and OO design.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver features that solve difficult problems across Epoxy's services.
• Own the operational excellence: instrument, alert, and reduce toil.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code with clear docs and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to high-severity incidents.
• Improve resiliency, scalability, and safety of systems at high scale.
• Contribute to code reviews, design reviews, and post-incident analyses.
• Mentor teammates and influence partner teams on engineering practices.
