Job summary

EY is seeking a Security Architect - Manager in London, with flexibility for Manchester or Scotland. You will shape security outcomes, deliver architecture work packages, and guide teams across enterprise IT/OT environments.

The role requires deep expertise in security architecture, TOGAF, NIST CSF, and cloud security, with travel for client delivery as needed. You will mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and help ensure governance and compliance across security programs

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity with security architecture delivery including IT/OT convergence.
• Advanced Visio skills and fluency with TOGAF or equivalent architecture methods.
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, EU NIS2, cloud and network fundamentals.
• Willingness to travel for client delivery (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and shape security outcomes aligned to regulatory obligations.
• Deliver security architecture work packages and create HLD/LLD artefacts, data flows and threat models.
• Create cloud security architecture for site-to-cloud connectivity, landing zones and identity management.
• Propose segmentation and secure access designs for engineering teams to implement.
• Align solutions to frameworks like NIST 800, ISO 27001 and NIS2 to improve governance and compliance.
• Mentor and coach junior staff and participate in performance reviews.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
