Job summary

NTT DATA UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Architect Consultant to design, implement and evolve secure IT architectures for clients. You will apply enterprise security frameworks, drive threat modelling and risk assessments, and ensure alignment with Secure by Design principles.

You will articulate design decisions at assurance gates, develop reference architectures, and coach junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Awareness and understanding of industry security frameworks and guidance (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NCSC CAF)
• Knowledge of modern security concepts, attack vectors, malware, threat intelligence
• Experience with ISO 27001 family and security standards
• Understanding of cloud security concepts and governance in AWS/Azure

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, implementation and ongoing development of security architecture for client IT systems
• Identify business objectives, risk appetite and cybersecurity obligations
• Perform threat modelling, risk assessments and evaluate security controls
• Prepare design documentation, options papers and stakeholder presentations for senior technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop governance, risk and compliance documentation aligned to policy and standards
