Job summary

Eames Consulting is supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced Information Security Architect to join on a 12 month contract. This role sits within the Security Architecture function and will focus on designing, assessing and overseeing the implementation of secure technical solutions across the business.

This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with technology, security and business teams to ensure security is embedded from the earliest stages of design

Responsibilities

• Design, review and implement secure technical solutions that support the information security strategy.
• Lead technical risk assessments across projects and change initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to embed security from design to delivery.
• Develop and manage risk remediation plans balancing security and business priorities with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on information security to wider teams.
• Represent Information Security in design authority forums and approve technical design documents.
• Develop and maintain security architecture patterns, standards and specifications.
• Evaluate vendor solutions and review security architectures to improve operations, service quality and cost efficiency.

We are supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced Information Security Architect to join on a 12 month contract. This role sits within the Security Architecture function and will focus on designing, assessing and overseeing the implementation of secure technical solutions across the business.

This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with technology, security and business teams to ensure security is embedded from the earliest stages of design through to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, review and implement secure technical solutions that support the organisation’s information security strategy.
• Lead technical risk assessments across projects and change initiatives, partnering with Project Managers, Information Security GRC, Technical Architecture, Infrastructure Services and Service Delivery teams.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure security considerations are embedded from the earliest stages of solution design and development.
• Develop and manage risk remediation plans while assessing security and privacy risks and balancing business priorities with industry best practice and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on information security matters to wider security, IT and business teams.
• Represent Information Security within technical design authority forums, reviewing and approving technical design documentation.
• Develop and maintain security architecture patterns, standards and technical specifications.
• Evaluate vendor solutions, review security architectures and provide recommendations to improve security operations, service quality and cost efficiency.
