An international US law firm in London seeks a Lawyer for their Securitisation team. You will advise on complex transactions involving insured bonds, work on documentation and regulation, and engage with international clients. We are working with an international US law firm based in London for a Lawyer to join their Securitisation team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading securitisation and structured products team, advising on a range of innovative and complex transactions. The successful candidate will work with insured bonds among other clients across domestic and cross-border deals. Matters will include documentation and regulation of securitised and structured products, working with both UK and EU insurers.
