Job summary

Capgemini Invent is expanding its Secure team in the UK, delivering transformation through strategy, technology and human insights. You will partner with clients on complex programmes, translating challenges into actionable solutions with Capgemini Group support.

The role emphasizes delivery excellence, stakeholder engagement and growing capabilities across Strategy & Innovation, P3M, Agile and Data & Analytics, with flexible, hybrid working across the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong core consulting skills across Strategy & Innovation, P3M, Agile and hybrid delivery
• Experience working in complex, high-assurance or highly regulated environments
• Proven delivery experience across large-scale programmes such as capability development, research and innovation, digital transformation, strategic planning or operational support
• Ability to work independently with high autonomy and accountability
• Growth mindset, curiosity and adaptability to take on new challenges and develop new skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across diverse organisations and locations

Responsibilities

• Business Development – proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches and events
• Internal contribution – think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development and events
• Learning & development – training, certifications and skills development
