Job summary

Oasis Restore, the UK's first secure school, is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our pioneering education team in Rochester, Medway. The role supports teachers in delivering an ambitious curriculum and provides targeted support to students within a therapeutic, restorative framework.

We welcome qualified TAs or aspiring HLTA candidates who are committed to transforming lives and developing their practice within a traumainformed, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified or aspiring HLTA to join the team.
• Deliver a bespoke, skills-based curriculum with support from teachers.
• Work with individual children and small groups to enable personalised learning.
• Contribute to regular assessment and reporting on progress and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers to deliver lessons that meet individual needs and interests.
• Help develop curious and dedicated learners through progressive pedagogy.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team driving improved outcomes for pupils.
