Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Network Engineer to design, operate, troubleshoot, and automate secure networks across offices, labs, and cloud environments. The role balances platform work with incident response and delivery, demanding curiosity and end-to-end ownership.

You will operate in a hybrid London-based setting, with relocation assistance for new hires and a compensation package that includes salary, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of secure enterprise routing, switching, wireless, WAN, network services and cloud connectivity.
• Balance strategic platform work with responsive troubleshooting and incident handling.
• Iterate through software, APIs, IaC, Git workflows, testing and CI/CD to reduce reactive work.
