Job summary

The Post Office Ltd is recruiting a Cash Carrying Crew Member in the Manchester area. You will deliver and collect high value items from secure depots and client sites, working in a security-conscious environment and representing the organisation with professionalism.

You will be an experienced driver with a valid UK driving licence, possess strong customer service and communication skills, and comply with security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in customer service, ideally with multi drop delivery experience.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative, adaptable to new processes.
• GCSE English (grade D+) or equivalent.
• A current C1 licence and SIA licence would be beneficial but not essential.
• For compliance, you must hold an SIA licence before starting the role; this will be processed by the company.

• Work from a secure location, independently or as part of a team.
• Be the face of the Post Office, interacting with customers from Post Office and external organisations.
