Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an Information Assurance & Secure by Design Consultant to deliver security assurance across complex UK Government and Defence programmes. The role blends delivery and leadership, mentoring Analysts and guiding security strategy within a hybrid, UK-wide setup.

You will manage security risk, develop policies and accreditation evidence, and contribute to the growth of the Secure by Design capability through innovative assets and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of secure system lifecycles and risk-based assurance.
• Familiarity with NIST, NCSC guidance and GovS 007; knowledge of Secure by Design.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver Security Information Assurance, Secure by Design and Security Strategy activities for UK Government programmes.
• Engage with multi-functional teams and senior stakeholders to communicate cybersecurity value and align with best practices.
• Build trusted client relationships to ensure requirements and outcomes are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with clients to understand security challenges and drive strategy across industries.
