Qualifications

• Experience in work plan production and resource optimisation.
• Scheduling system experience to manage plans.
• Core Planning Skills Level 2 (preferred).
• Knowledge of access and possession processes.
• Safe System of Work planning expertise.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed, resourced, and optimised work plans using planning tools.
• Maintain systems, records, and schedules with MS Office and Possession Planning System.
• Create Safe Systems of Work that meet rules and exceed expectations.
• Submit green zone access and isolation requests efficiently.
• Draft quarterly plans that satisfy managers.
• Lead weekly Plan-Do-Review meetings.
• Represent Section Managers at planning meetings.
• Keep infrastructure maintenance records accurate and compliant.
• Support the Assessment in The Line process.
• Set up secure filing for safety-critical documents.
