Job summary

Network Rail in the North West & Central Region seeks a detail oriented Works Delivery Scheduler to create detailed, resource-optimised work plans for approval. You will plan activities, update records, produce safety plans, submit access requests, and draft quarterly plans while leading weekly planning meetings.

About The Role

Every day will be different, but you can expect to be involved in the following activities:

This role involves using corporate planning tools and data systems to create detailed, resource-optimised work plans for Works Delivery Manager approval.

Key tasks include planning and optimising activities, updating records, producing safety plans, submitting access requests, drafting quarterly plans, managing weekly planning meetings, representing managers in planning forums, and maintaining maintenance records.

  • Salary: Starting at £26,000
  • Generous annual leave (28 days plus bank holidays *contract type dependant), with the option to buy/sell days.
