The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite, with a contract starting ASAP until the end of February, with potential for extension.

This pivotal role will provide comprehensive administrative support across finance, HR, and research management, ensuring the smooth operation of research groups and enabling academic staff to focus on research. You will act as a key liaison between academic teams, research services, HR, and external partners, monitoring budgets, and advising on personnel processes.
Location: Hammersmith
Contract length: Starting ASAP up until the end of February with a possible extension
Working pattern: Hybrid – 3 days on site
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
