About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. We seek flexible working arrangements to fit your lifestyle. Late and weekend shifts are required, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team ‘huddles', ensuring product availability, and planning overtime and holidays to meet customer expectations.

We provide training across different areas to support your development, making this a great opportunity for growth in retail.
