Qualifications

• HNC/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering related or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in Site Engineering and construction supervision.
• Essential experience in drainage required.
• Full driving license and own transport to attend remote site(s).
• Competencies in SMSTS or SSSTS; CSCS certifications necessary.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Sub Agent and supervise the site engineering team.
• Assist with temporary works design and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage site setting-out team and oversee Site Engineers' performance.
• Identify and resolve technical problems in liaison with the Sub-Agent.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Contribute to the production of progress reports and financial forecasts.
