A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Freelance Section Engineer for a prestigious high-speed rail project in Buckinghamshire. The role involves managing engineers, planning and delivering work, and liaising with stakeholders. Candidates must have significant experience in structures or highways and be eligible to work in the UK. This position is PAYE and inside IR35.

Randstad are recruiting for a number of Freelance section engineer roles to work on a prestigious High speed rail project based in Buckinghamshire

This role is PAYE, inside IR35.

The successful candidate will be working for Tier 1 main Contractors in Joint venture for a number of years. The role includes the build of a Viaduct, cut and cover tunnel, earthworks, piling and a number of structures.

Duties will include:

  • Engineers and subcontractor management and / or Self delivery
  • Planning, forecasting and delivering work
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Developing programmes, Risk assessments, Quality assurance.
  • Managing design, NCRs, RFI's, H&S etc.
Essential Experience:

You will need to have a significant amount of experience on Structures and /or Highways
