The Tayside Psychological Therapies Admin Service is seeking a full-time Secretary (37 hours) to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to both the Digital Therapies Service and the wider Psychological Therapies Service.
This role is based at Dudhope House, Dundee, and involves supporting a range of clinicians across both services. We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Applicants should have experience of NHS systems including TrakCare, accurate and efficient keyboard and typing skills are essential.
High levels of concentration are required in this challenging but rewarding environment and requires the ability to manage own workload with a degree of autonomy, forward plan and problem solve when required.
We welcome applications from individuals with previous secretarial or administrative experience who demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a friendly, professional manner.
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
