Step Teachers is recruiting a Secondary Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one and small-group support across subjects in schools around Finchley. You’ll help pupils access learning, assist teachers with engaging activities, and support SEND learners to ensure inclusive participation.

Ideal candidates have experience in secondary settings, strong communication, and a calm, patient approach. Roles offer flexible short- and long-term placements with safeguarding at the core of our service.
