Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant
Full‑Time, Term Time Only
Location: Bushey Area

The Role:
  • Provide targeted support to students with ASD and speech and language difficulties in both mainstream classes and small‑group settings.
  • Assist the class teacher in implementing personalised learning plans and differentiation strategies.
  • Encourage students' independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCo, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support and progress.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have experience working with young people, ideally within an educational or SEN setting.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
  • Be adaptable, reliable, and committed to inclusive education.
  • Hold relevant qualifications or be willing to undertake appropriate training.
