What We're Looking For:

️ Previous experience working in a secondary school setting (SEN support experience highly valued)
️ Confidence supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
️ Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and pupil needs
️ Strong communication and teamwork skills
️ Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Stafflex)
