What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing tailored support to students with SEN, helping them stay engaged and confident in the classroom.
  • Assisting in the delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
  • Working closely with teachers and specialists to monitor progress and adjust support where needed.
  • Creating a warm, inclusive learning environment where every student feels seen, valued, and respected.
  • Assisting with personal care and mobility needs for students with physical disabilities (when required).
  • Keeping accurate records and maintaining clear communication with parents, carers, and colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working with children with SEN (highly desirable).
