Job summary

Aspire People is looking to speak with qualified Computer Science Teachers for secondary teaching opportunities across South Birmingham.

Roles may include teaching Computing across KS3, Computer Science at KS4 and GCSE level, and A Level Computer Science where appropriate, with longer-term placements including planning, marking and assessment.

We require QTS or QTLS, strong CS subject knowledge and confident classroom management; placements are matched to location, experience and availability.

Qualifications

• Qualified Computer Science teachers with QTS or QTLS.
• Strong Computer Science subject knowledge and confidence in classroom management.
• Ability to teach across secondary age range and adapt to KS3/KS4/GCSE/A Level contexts.

Responsibilities

• Teach Computing across KS3, Computer Science at KS4/GCSE, and A Level where appropriate.
• Plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons.
• Contribute to planning, marking and pupil progression as required.
