Overview

Secondary Cover Teacher – January Start
Location: Great Missenden | Full Time | £140 – £250 per day

Are you a passionate and reliable secondary teacher seeking a new opportunity this September?

We are currently working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Great Missenden looking to appoint a full-time Cover Teacher from September 2025. The school is open to subject specialisms, but would ideally welcome teachers with a background in English, Maths, or Science.

Responsibilities

• Full-time cover across KS3 and KS4
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage classroom behaviour
• Support students with their learning and maintain a positive classroom environment

Qualifications

• Have UK classroom experience (secondary level)
• Hold QTS or be an experienced cover supervisor/unqualified teacher
• Be confident delivering lessons across the curriculum
• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills
