We are seeking professional and resilient Cover Supervisors to join our dedicated staff bank for placements beginning in January 2026. As a Cover Supervisor within JTMAT you will play a crucial role in upholding the trust's commitment to delivering exceptional education and improving life chances for all pupils. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Supervise classes and deliver pre‑prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups (Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4).

• Ensure that students remain engaged and motivated, upholding the high expectations of the John Taylor community.
