This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain school-based experience, whether you're a recent graduate, aspiring teacher, or someone with strong youth work or classroom support experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences by delivering pre-set work and managing classroom behaviour.

The Role

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students with their tasks and engagement
• Follow school policies and provide feedback to teaching staff

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience working with young people (school-based or similar)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A confident, adaptable, and proactive approach
• A passion for supporting students' education
