Overview

We are recruiting! Outstanding Cover Supervisors required to work in secondary schools in Bolton and surrounding areas.

The role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Guide learning in the absence of the class teacher
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons ensuring students are fully engaged
  • Support and help students as required
  • Manage classroom dynamics, maintain accurate registers, and seamlessly handover to the absent teacher
  • Work collaboratively with school staff

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:

  • Have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor
  • Be able to foster and maintain a calm learning environment
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a passion for supporting young people in education
  • Be able to provide suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
