A leading educational support organization is seeking a Secondary Behaviour Support Assistant in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The role involves providing support to secondary-aged pupils with challenging behaviors and emotional needs. Candidates should have experience working with young people and possess EWC registration. This position offers daily pay of £89.38 and access to training and flexible opportunities across RCT schools.
Daily Pay: £89.38 (£13.75 per hour)

We're seeking a Secondary Behaviour Support Assistant to work across schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT), supporting pupils who require additional guidance with behaviour, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement. This role is not based in a PRU, but within mainstream and alternative secondary settings.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping pupils aged 11-16 overcome barriers to learning. You will:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
