• Ensure all stages of food preparation meet high standards.
• Cook and serve meals according to company requirements.
• Comply with Food Safety & Hygiene Regulations.
• Maintain portion control and minimize waste.
• Ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Monitor stock and place orders when needed.
• Deputize for the Head Chef as required.
