Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support Parcelforce during the Christmas peak. You will load/unload parcels, sort items for routes and prepare trailers for onward transport, while following Royal Mail handling standards.

No prior experience is required, but a flexible attitude, good teamwork and the ability to lift up to 30kg are essential. Roles involve standing for long shifts and working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; experience in similar environments is a bonus.
• Flexibility and comfort switching between tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Push loads up to 250kg with assistance.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parcels.
• Move parcels through the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Sort parcels to correct delivery route and prepare trailers for drivers and onward transport.
• Securely handle items in line with Royal Mail standards.
