Merlin Entertainments at Chessington World of Adventures in Surrey is seeking UK Short Breaks Call Centre Advisors for a seasonal role. You will be the friendly first contact for guests planning magical stays, handling phone, email and live chat bookings to create memorable experiences.

You will upsell additional products, aim to meet sales targets, and work with a supportive team to deepen knowledge of attractions and breaks while delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, contact centre, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to handle guest enquiries and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest enquiries via phone, email and live chat to plan bookings.
• Manage reservations using the dedicated system, ensuring smooth experiences.
• Identify upselling opportunities to meet sales targets while staying guest-focused.
• Collaborate with team to share knowledge and improve service across the contact centre.
• Keep up-to-date with attractions, promotions, and short breaks offerings.
