Job summary

Expd8 Limited is hiring a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based team in the Stoke area. You’ll be responsible for ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked. The role is based near Tesco Newcastle Rd Trent Vale.

You’ll work 5 hours per week with shifts on Fridays and Saturdays after 12 noon. The assignment ends on 4 January, and you’ll use a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, retail or customer service.
• Able to commit to listed hours.
• Proud of delivering high standards for clients.
• Comfortable using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions.
• Able to do some manual handling.
• A full UK driving licence with access to a car is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Restock and organise products on shelves to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage communicating prices and offers.
• Follow merchandising standards, policies and health and safety guidelines.
• Provide timely feedback and photos to client account teams via the survey app.

Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good? If so, we’re hiring a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser in the Stoke area. You’ll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. About the role:

This role will be based in Tesco Newcastle Rd Trent Vale. Weekly hours: 5. Shift pattern: Friday and Saturday after 12 noon. End date: 4th January.

How you’ll deliver excellence:

• You’ll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• You’ll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• You’ll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• You’ll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!

Requirements:

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service
• Able to commit to the hours listed above
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
• Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You’ll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus
