Job summary

eXPD8 Ltd. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser to support high street retailers across the Waltham Abbey area. You will ensure fixtures are set up effectively, displays are attractive, and shelves are well stocked, helping shoppers find products quickly.

Based in Tesco Waltham Abbey, you’ll join a field-based merchandising team with flexible hours. The role requires simple lifting and moving of stock and a valid UK driving license is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience or passion for merchandising, retail or customer service.
• Able to commit to the listed hours.
• Pride in delivering high standards for clients.
• Comfort using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions.
• Able to perform light manual handling moving products.

Responsibilities

• Restock and organise products on shelves and displays for visibility.
• Set up promotional displays and signage communicating prices and offers.
• Follow merchandising standards, store policies and safety guidelines.
• Provide accurate feedback and photos to client teams via survey app.

Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good?

If so, we're hiring a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser in the Waltham Abbey, Enfield area.

You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role will be based in Tesco Waltham Abbey

Weekly hours: 7

Shift pattern:

Monday: 1 hour, flexible start time

Thursday: 4 hours, flexible start time

Friday: 1 hour, flexible start time

Saturday: 1 hour, flexible start time

How you'll deliver excellence:

• You'll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• You'll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!
