Job summary

Lush Cosmetics, a partly employee-owned cosmetics brand, is seeking a Seasonal Till Support/Sales Assistant for Lakeside. The role offers flexible shifts, competitive hourly pay based on the Living Wage, and potential bonuses.

The role In this role, you will receive full Till training to provide support during our busiest shopping periods. Ensuring our customers receive a friendly, helpful and engaging manner, leaving a positive and lasting impression of their shopping experience. . You’ll use your product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations, perform product demonstrations, and hand out tailored samples when required. Working closely with your team, you’ll help drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events that keep customers coming back.
