Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Oxford is seeking a part-time Retail Stylist to create memorable in-store experiences. You’ll help customers express themselves through style, share product knowledge, and contribute to merchandising and store presentation.

We value strong communication, a positive, team-first mindset, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not essential, with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and styling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and deliver 1:1 styling service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Support store operations including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Work with your team to keep the store welcoming and well organized.
