Job summary

A leading aviation services provider in Carlisle is seeking a Fixed Term Seasonal Storeperson / Labourer for a 12-month position. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supporting SAR operations, and maintaining store and hangar facilities. The ideal candidate will hold a current driving license and preferably have experience with SAP. The role requires flexibility for off-season travel to support other locations.

Qualifications

• Current Driving License required.
• Forklift truck license would be advantageous.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Knowledge of storage and handling of dangerous goods a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close stores, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Act as base caretaker during off season.
• Maintain aircraft line store and records.
• Pack and ship aircraft parts while minimizing risk.
• Drive company vehicles for delivery and collection.

Intermediate Excel ability
