Job summary

Boots Group is hiring a Stores Fulfilment Assistant to pick/pack online orders, assist customers, and help on tills and stockroom duties. This is a festive season role with a fast pace and team focus. You’ll move between stockroom and shop floor, staying energetic and ready to adapt to changing priorities.

Full training is provided and you’ll join a supportive Boots team that values guest experience and teamwork during a busy period.

Qualifications

• Team player with a can‑do attitude and ability to work with others.
• Confident with people and able to help customers on the shop floor.
• Accurate and fast when picking and packing orders in a busy store.
• Energetic with good stamina for long shifts and high activity.
• Proactive and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support the team to keep orders on track and met targets.
• Help and advise customers on the shop floor and on tills.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Work across different store areas as needed.
