Job summary

B&M Retail in Swindon is hiring Seasonal Colleagues for the Christmas period. You’ll help customers, replenish stock, and keep store standards high, contributing to a welcoming festive environment.

Shifts are evenings and weekends with 8–16 hours per week, offering flexible seasonal work. Prior retail experience helps but isn’t essential, and you’ll join a busy, energetic team during the peak season.

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Colleagues to help deliver a great shopping experience for our customers this Christmas. As part of the team, you'll support with serving customers, replenishing stock, maintaining high store standards, and helping create a welcoming environment throughout the festive season. Whether you're assisting shoppers in finding the perfect gift or keeping the store looking its best, you'll play an important role in our Christmas success. Seasonal contracts are available from 8-16 hours per week. This role will consist of evening shifts, with flexibility to work on weekends and key Christmas trading dates required. We're looking for team members who can adapt to the needs of the business during our busiest time of year.
