Job summary

Søstrene Grene seeks a Seasonal Store Assistant for the Telford store during the busy festive period. The role supports daily store operations, from serving customers at the till and replenishing stock to helping create inspiring displays that capture the magic of the season.

Availability for daytime, evening and weekend shifts is required. This is a temporary 4–12 hour per week contract ending 31 December 2026, with full store training provided.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability for daytime, evening and weekend shifts.
• Willingness to learn handwriting style and display setup.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional housekeeping and visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Deliver warm, friendly customer service and operate the tills.
• Support the creation and maintenance of displays and seasonal collections.
• Unpack and process deliveries to keep the store stocked with festive products.
• Engage with customers and help them find gifts and festive items.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets through strong product knowledge.
• Write handwritten signs to give the store a personal touch.
• Support health, hygiene and safety standards at all times.
