Aufgaben

• Stock-related tasks including deliveries and Inventory Control.
• Support Jet Set Team and assist store colleagues.
• Take accountability for personal self-evaluation and performance as a Jet Set Ambassador.
• Ensure image and grooming standards align with Brand policy.
• Practice and model company behaviours with the behavior toolkit Service.
• Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example.
• Resolve client problems and any complaints with the team and manager.
• Build and maintain clear communication with line manager and store colleagues to drive store performance.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and stay accountable for results.
• Analyze reports and develop action plans with the line manager to meet or exceed expectations.
• Track business results and opportunities with line manager support to drive sales and product needs.
• Ensure deliveries and transfers follow Brand guidelines.
• Maintain integrity of Inventory Control through bi-annual inventories and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with VM in-store to implement merchandising directives and ensure execution of strategies.
• Partner with store management to ensure appropriate product assortment.
