Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking talent in the United Kingdom to join our team as a Jet Set Ambassador. You will support stock-related tasks, assist the Jet Set Team, and uphold Brand image while ensuring inventory accuracy and high service standards.

In this role, you will collaborate with store leadership to meet sales targets, resolve client issues, and maintain merchandising alignment with Brand guidelines. A customer-focused, solution-driven mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Stock-related tasks including deliveries and Inventory Control.
• Support Jet Set Team and assist store colleagues.
• Take accountability for personal self-evaluation and performance as a Jet Set Ambassador.
• Ensure image and grooming standards align with Brand policy.
• Practice and model company behaviours with the behavior toolkit Service.
• Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example.
• Resolve client problems and any complaints with the team and manager.
• Build and maintain clear communication with line manager and store colleagues to drive store performance.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and stay accountable for results.
• Analyze reports and develop action plans with the line manager to meet or exceed expectations.
• Track business results and opportunities with line manager support to drive sales and product needs.
• Ensure deliveries and transfers follow Brand guidelines.
• Maintain integrity of Inventory Control through bi-annual inventories and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with VM in-store to implement merchandising directives and ensure execution of strategies.
• Partner with store management to ensure appropriate product assortment.

• People • Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example.
• Service • Support the team and line manager to ensure all client problems and any complaints are resolved.
• Service • Build and maintain good communication with line manager and members of the store, collaborating and influencing to drive performance in store.
• Sales • Meet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for the results.
• Sales • Analyze reports, and develop action plans with the line manager to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Sales • Track and communicate business results and opportunities with line manager support, driving sales and product needs.
• Operations • Ensure deliveries and transfers are properly processed following Brand guidelines.
• Operations • Ensure integrity of Inventory Control through bi-annual inventories and cycle counts.
• Operations • Ensure loss prevention is a key priority, taking quick action on early indications of any loss, communicating with the Line Manager.
• Operations • Collaborate with VM responsible in store to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective strategies.
• Operations • Partner with store management team to ensure appropriate product assortment.

Job Requirements:

• Able to drive Back Of House business and ensure the store goals are met.
• Solution Driven attitude.
