Major Responsibilities

• People: Support the Team through the management and follow-up of all stock related tasks, including deliveries and Inventory Control.
• Work as part of Jet Set Team, providing support for colleagues within the store.
• Take accountability for personal self-evaluation and performance as a Jet Set Ambassador.
• Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with Brand policy.
• Practice and role model the company behaviors, ensuring effective use of the behavior tool kit.
• Service: Maintain floor and stock presence, leading by example.
• Support the team and line manager to ensure all client problems and any complaints are resolved.
• Build and maintain good communication with line manager and members of the store, collaborating and influencing to drive performance in store.
• Sales: Meet and exceed sales goals holding self and team accountable for the results.
• Analyze reports, and develop action plans with the line manager to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Track and communicate business results and opportunities with line manager support, driving sales and product needs.

Job Description Stock Associate Operations

• Ensure deliveries and transfers are properly processed following Brand guidelines.
• Ensure integrity of Inventory Control through bi-annual inventories and cycle counts.
• Ensure loss prevention is a key priority, taking quick action on early indications of any loss, communicating with the Line Manager.
• Collaborate with VM responsible in store to implement and maintain all visual merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective strategies.
• Partner with store management team to ensure appropriate product assortment.
