Every visit to our store is a chance to make someone’s day - and you’ll be right there to make sure it happens, from the first hello to the final thank you.
Our Sales Assistants are the foundation of our stores - a brilliant team at the heart of everything we do. With a focus on creating great experiences, they’re the first to lend a helping hand, always ready to offer support and guidance. Whether it’s finding the perfect item or offering a little inspiration, they make sure every customer leaves with exactly what they came for, and a lasting impression that brings them back time and time again.
As a delivery specialist, you’ll be one of the first to arrive, and one of the key reasons our stores are ready to welcome customers the moment the doors open. You’ll be hands‑on with deliveries, checking stock, and getting products onto the shop floor. But this isn’t just a backroom role. You’ll also be out front, keeping displays looking their best, updating prices, and making sure everything’s easy to find and ready to go.
You’ll be great at juggling tasks and staying organised, keeping our back room running smoothly so that our shop floor can too. And whether a customer needs help finding something or just a friendly face, you’ll be there to make their morning feel that little bit brighter.
Shift starts between 5am-6am - so everything’s in place before the first customer walks through the door.
Whilst your focus will be on delivery, you’ll be trained in all aspects of customer-facing store life, such as:
