Job summary

Card Factory is recruiting a temporary Stock Assistant to support the store team during the festive period. You will help with stock deliveries, replenishment, backroom organisation and ensuring shelves and displays are inviting for customers.

The role requires a team player with a strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. No prior retail experience is necessary, just a positive attitude and enjoyment of helping customers.

You’ll be supporting the store team with stock deliveries, replenishment, and backroom organisation, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and displays look their best for our customers, working efficiently behind the scenes to keep the store running smoothly during our busiest time of year, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised stockroom environment.

Hours & Flexibility:

Hours will vary depending on the store location, with some shifts including evenings, or overnight work; we offer enhanced pay for any hours worked between 12am and 6am, and flexibility is essential—especially during peak trading periods and across multiple store locations; if you hold a valid driving licence, there may also be opportunities to support stock movement between stores. Lone working may be required, and we ensure all team members are equipped with the tools and training to stay safe and effective
