Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking festive-season staff to bring magical experiences to visitors in our Christmas grottoes. You will greet families, listen to wish lists, pose for photos, and hand out gifts with warmth and charm to create lasting memories.

Ideal candidates are warm, patient and reliable, with storytelling ability. PVG clearance and UK work rights are required; induction will be provided before the grotto opens.

Qualifications

• PVG/Disclosure (Scotland) required before start
• Right to work in the UK
• Attend short induction/training before grotto opens

Responsibilities

• Greet families, listen to wish lists, pose for photos, and hand out gifts with festive warmth
• Host Santa's Breakfasts and create memorable experiences for families
• Act as ambassador of festive cheer at Santa Paws events
• Provide an inclusive grotto experience with support from fellow Santas and Elves
